About Cannaflos Group
The Cannaflos Group was founded on the promise to destigmatise Cannabis through science, and to unlock its medical potential from plant to patients’ quality of life. Our mission is to develop next-generation cannabinoid therapeutics to meet clinical needs and improve the patient’s quality of life.
Since the establishment of German Cannaflos GmbH in 2019, we continuously expanded our range of service and research activities. With the Spanish Cannaflos Genetics SL we strenghten our bond to Spanish and European universities and research facilities to elaborate the knowledge on plant genetics and plant propagation. Cannaflos Research Labs Ltd. on Malta focusses on plant material processing and pre-clinical and clinical finished drug development.

Founder & Managing Director
I am the co-Managing Director and responsible for Business Development. Achieving the regulatory and qualitative requirements for cultivation and the subsequent processing steps for the production of cannabis medicinal products is one of my tasks. For innovative process and product developments, I am your contact as a graduated engineer.
Founder & Managing Director
I am co-Managing Director and responsible for financial affairs. At Cannaflos I am in charge of quality management and will also be your contact for strategic cooperations, investments and / or associations.
CFO & Managing Director
At Cannaflos I am the connection with Cannaflos´ shareholders and stakeholders and I am responsible to ensure financial stewardship of Cannaflos consolidated entities.
Legal & Compliance
My role at Cannaflos is the in-house lawyer. As such, I am responsible for the areas of legal and compliance and provide advice to all the other departments of the company.
Talents & Administration
I am responsible for the areas of Personnel & Administration, including Accounting . I am there for you in all processes from onboarding to Accounting. Furthermore, as a Scrum Master, I guide our team in agile working methods.
KOL Relations
As KOL Relations Manager, I take care of the interests of physicians, medical-scientific societies and other stakeholders. It is important to me to develop medicinal cannabis together with the relevant partners from the healthcare sector.
Sales
I am your first contact when it comes to ordering medicinal cannabis products. I accompany you from the order to delivery to your pharmacy. Ensuring smooth processes and satisfying you as a customer are my tasks at Cannaflos.
Qualified Person
As a pharmacist, I have been involved in the development, production and quality management of pharmaceuticals with a focus on phytopharmaceuticals for more than 35 years. During this time, I have been responsible for all relevant processes from laboratory management to company management in internationally active companies. I have the expertise as a qualified person according to § 14 AMG and support Cannaflos in product development.
Technology
As technical development manager, I am responsible for the implementation of the digital or digitally supported products of Cannaflos and its subsidiaries. Here, I draw on both my background as a mechanical engineer and my professional experience in the field of digital innovation.
Head of Drug Development
I manage all of our drug development projects in the Cannaflos Group. Furthermore, I am taking the lead on scientific and medical communications at Cannaflos. As a Biologist my expertise ranges from the botanical aspects of the cannabis plant and cannabis chemovar to the endocannabinoid system and the therapeutic uses of cannabinoids. I always keep up with the latest evidence around medicinal cannabis and am always happy to answer any questions you may have.
Head of Research & Laboratory Director, Cannaflos Genetics SL
As Research and Laboratory Manager of Cannaflos Genetics in Spain, I am responsible for supervising and carrying out research projects for the genetic improvement of our cultivars.
Business Development, Cannaflos Research Labs
My focus is on innovation and business development. From this role, I am building up the Cannaflos Research Labs in Malta. In doing so, I rely on strong and long-term relationships with our research partners and customers.
Business Development, Operations & Licensing Manager
As Operations and Licensing Manager at Cannaflos, I focus on building strong business relationships to ensure the success of licensing agreements and client projects. I’m committed to making collaborations smooth and creating a positive environment for our projects to grow alongside our clients and stakeholders.
Pharmaceutical Representative
In my role as a pharmaceutical representative, I am the link between Cannaflos and healthcare professionals. My job is to inform physicians about the latest medicines and healthcare products. During my visits, I present detailed information about the effect, application and composition of the products.
Office Management Assistant
I am a trainee as an office management assistant. I support Dominique Reinhard in the areas of personnel, administration and accounting.
Sales Assistant
In my role as a sales assistant, I identify suitable doctors based on their specialisms and arrange appointments with them by telephone. In this way, I enable our pharmaceutical representatives to present their products. This task requires strong communication skills, structured organisation and an understanding of the requirements of medical professionals.
Neurobiologist
As a neurobiologist, 10 years of lab research and a PhD studying the role of the endocannabinoid system in various pathophysiological contexts -such as cancer or neurodegenerative and neurodevelopmental disorders- give me a solid background about the therapeutic potential of cannabis. For the last 3 years I have been providing high-quality education and training on medical cannabis to healthcare professionals, which allowed me to further expand my knowledge and understanding on clinical aspects. I am keen on contributing my expertise to the development of safe and effective cannabis-based therapies.

Scientist
In my laboratory we are interested in understanding the fundamental molecular rules by which a cell defines and maintains its identity and function. Our main focus is on understanding the molecular basis of programming and reprogramming in cell fate decisions during embryogenesis, homeostasis and ageing of organisms. In addition, we focus on molecular strategies that allow us to hack those genetic networks that programme cell fates, thereby triggering regenerative responses in response to injury.

I advise and represent clients in intellectual property matters, in particular in patent and utility model law. I am particularly experienced in the field of patent infringement, “freedom to operate” as well as in licensing and technology transfer law.

Already in the 1990s I was part of the International Association of Cannabinoid Medicines (IACM), today I run the Cannabis Pharmacy, an information portal for doctors and patients to accompany them from the beginning of a cannabis therapy with information all the way to the delivery of the medical cannabis. I know the medical cannabis market and its participants very well and am in a continuous exchange of ideas with Cannaflos.

I have over 30 years of experience in International Internal Audit, Controlling & Finance. During my active career covering 7 countries, I have mostly worked as Head of PMI Internal Controls and as a PMI Affiliate CFO and Statutory Management Team Director. I am therefore very familiar with the diverse business cultures of our world. I am happy to advise all stakeholders on possible financial investments and internationalisation expansion projects.

I am Senior Vice President of a successful cosmetics company operating in over 60 countries worldwide. Many years of experience working in a wide variety of markets have formed and refined my expertise in marketing and communication. I use this experience to work with Cannaflos on their branding strategy.
Anethesiologist
I am head of the Department of Anesthesiology, and a specialist in intensive care medicine, pain therapy, palliative medicine and acupuncture. In addition, I am an authorized lecturer at Bonn University Hospital and head of the Tumor Pain Working Group of the German Pain Society.

Since 2010, I have been working in pharmaceutical care and treatment of patients with neurological and rare diseases. My work focuses in particular on neurodegenerative, neuromuscular, neuroimmunological and neuro-oncological diseases. I am one of three board members of the VCA (Association of Cannabis Providing Pharmacies). I share my experience in cannabinoid supply and education for doctors and pharmacists with Cannaflos.
Anesthesiologist
I am a practicing specialist in anesthesiology in Potsdam with a focus on special pain therapy and palliative medicine. Furthermore, I am the managing director of the Interdisciplinary Working Group of Brandenburg Pain Therapists and Palliative Physicians e.V. and a member of the ad-hoc Commission for Cannabis of the German Pain Society e.V.
Pharmacist
As a pharmacist, I run the Collini Pharmacy in Mannheim, which specialises in pain. I also work in the field of palliative medicine and look for innovative therapy options for our patients. We run an online shop for medical cannabis at Cannflos-Apo.de In the field of pain, palliative medicine and pharmacology I am a lecturer at the FU Heidelberg.
